Boot Camps in North Dakota for Troubled Teens

Sending your troubled teen to a full time therapeutic facility is both emotional and intimidating, but in many cases, it is the best thing for him. While you may assume you are limited to boot camps in North Dakota, we have found that teens who attend a program a little further from home show greater improvement. Some of the reasons for this include :

·         Completely new surroundings where teens can find distance from damaging associations and old triggers. Changes can be made with a clean slate.

·        Teens and parents have the opportunity to step away from each other temporarily in order to address personal issues that impede the development of healthy communication. While distance can be very helpful for these ends, it is difficult to get while residing in the same household.

·         Full time programs offer respite for parents and families while their son is safe in an environment that is both encouraging and secure.

These are just a few of the reasons parents have ultimately trusted Liahona Academy over a boot camp in North Dakota to help their sons heal. Established in 2001, Liahona Academy’s location in the scenic wilderness deserts of southern Utah is ideal for the combination of healthy work, play and therapy that boys need in order to discover balance. Each resident is able to work individually with trained counselors in order to craft a program unique to them and their needs.

Below is a short video describing the many benefits of our program and how it can give your son a greater chance for success than any you might find in North Dakota. We know that this situation is emotional and unfamiliar and we are devoted to helping you navigate the process.

As you can see, Liahona Academy’s program is uniquely suited to helping boys with every kind of challenge get their life back on track. Contact us today at (800) 675-8101 for a free consultation and we can discuss the benefits of our program and whether it will be a good match for your teen. For almost 15 years, we have helped thousands of parents find a better solution than boot camps in North Dakota. We are confident that we can help you as well.
